golf swing chicken wing

Who knows how fix the "Chicken Wing" swinging problem when the golf club?
I golf for many years and have not improved. During a video conference, I discovered my problem. I am a "chicken winging" my left arm through impact resulting in inconsistent shots, to say the least said. I'm looking for tips, lessons, visuals, or anything else that will help me become a better golfer, and can thus enjoy the game more.
Two sources say will help some exercises. The chicken wings are often by bending the left arm on top of the backswing in an attempt to club over the top. http://www.performbettergolf.com/blog/?p=249 http://www.thegolfchannel.com/15117/13001 Hope this helps.
