golf shoes size 14

I am 14 and I want school to win in the muscles and strength remains high. Any ideas?
I am 14 years old and rather thin and small. I am only 5 feet 4 inches and I weigh 110 pounds. My shoe size is 8 I play golf and am on a travel baseball team. I also ran cross country and played basketball in elementary school. But I try, muscle, weight gain, strength and tone, as I am older. But I need help! Any ideas on a workout plan or meal plan to bulk up? Please ! Reply Thank you:)-Pat
Hi there will gym is not advisable at this age. It can arrest vertical growth. you can count on some weight through consumption of milk, protein taken, bananas, chicken! and then muscles can win by doing push ups and pull-ups regualrly! Make regular Cycling, to strengthen your legs. to do with this beginning yoga. it will relax you, increase your concentration and it will increase your endurance as well. as to do the diet consume the 4 things I mentioned, but not too much! eat them in moderate quantities white, but not skip on vegetables! keep eat cheese in small quantities everyday! gud luck mate
