D. – After the epoxy is fully cured, measure the club for the final length. After determining proper length, wrap masking tape around the shaft and mark the interface at the blunt end. Shorten the rear end as in step above, "A" before.
Installing the handle
E. – With a solvent such as alcohol, clean the bottom end of the shaft, the distance covered by the handle plus a few inches. Wrap the shaft in a spiral fashion with a double-sided adhesive tape Handle. Wrap cover to a point a few inches longer than the handle and leave a small gap between wraps.
F. – Pour enough grip solvent under control, so that as you shake it around it coats all surfaces (remember to keep your finger over the vent hole). Then the remaining Pour solvent over the tape.
